Stay
We have a have a 2-night minimum stay.
The person booking the apartment must be 21 years of age and over.
Parties and/or any type of celebrations are not allowed.
The filming of movies, commercials, etc. is not allowed.
Smoking, vaping, lighted candles and incense of any kind are not allowed.Discounts
We offer a 5% discount when you stay for 7 nights or more.
We offer a 10% discount when you stay for 28 nights or more.Check-in and departure
Check-in is at 11am. Late arrival can be agreed upon request. Upon confirmation of booking, if you are able to give us an indication of when you will be arriving, we would really appreciate it!Departure time is at 3pm. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this, as it allows us enough time to prepare the accommodation for new guests. Late departures, if possible, can be agreed upon request.
